Additional fees
- Shipping: calculated at checkout from the destination and weight, and shown before you place the order (see shipping estimates).
For held orders (hold for later shipment), shipping is calculated and billed when you request shipment. - Import duties, VAT and customs handling: collected from the recipient by the carrier on arrival.
For US orders, duties and taxes are shown and collected at checkout. - Payment: no processing fee for card, PayPal or Wise.
Any fee charged by your own bank for a transfer is borne by the buyer.

Returns & exchanges
- Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping in that case.
- Change of mind: because every item is individually described, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.
