Return & Refund Policy

At AWESOME CARDBANK (operated by M&D Inc.), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is significantly different from its description (e.g., wrong card, incorrect condition grade).
  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
  • Your request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Because our inventory consists of individual single cards that are graded and described in detail, we do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse or change of mind once an order has been shipped.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or are no longer in the condition received.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
  • Orders where the return request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at awesomecardbank@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or item damaged in transit).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at awesomecardbank@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Our error (wrong or damaged item): We cover return shipping costs.
  • Other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
