About Our Packaging

We take great care with every order so that your cards and collectibles arrive safely, regardless of the destination. Every card leaves our warehouse inside a clean sleeve, and every sealed product leaves in its factory shrink wrap.

Our standard packing combines several layers to keep cards flat and dry:

Clean sleeves for every card to avoid surface scratches.
Top loaders or rigid cardboard to maintain a flat profile.
Water-resistant OPP bags that seal out rain and splashes.
Sturdy mailers or boxes that shield the layered bundle in transit.

Before you open a sealed product: film the unboxing

Shrink-wrapped boxes and packs carry a full authenticity guarantee. To keep it, record one uninterrupted video that starts as you open the outer shipping carton and continues through opening the product. Videos that begin only from the product box cannot be accepted. Read the guarantee terms.

Packaging Method — Single Cards / Small Items

Each card is placed in a fresh sleeve.
High-value cards receive a rigid top loader; other cards gain dual cardboard sheets for comparable protection.
The protected card stack is sealed in an OPP bag to block moisture.
We sandwich everything within a compact box or stiff mailer to keep the multi-layer structure intact.
Single-card orders ship by Japan Post with tracking (dispatch within 5 business days of payment).

Each card is carefully sleeved in fresh inner protectors.

Rigid chipboard panels sandwich the cards to stop bending.

We tape every edge so the layered pack stays sealed.

Slim profile shows the stacked layers that absorb shocks.

The bundle goes into a water-resistant OPP bag.

Protected cards slide into a sturdy kraft envelope.

The envelope is sealed tight with strong adhesive.

Finished mailer stays flat for consistent shipping.

Shipping label is applied and the parcel is ready to go.

Packaging Method — Sealed Boxes, Packs, PSA / Bulk

Sealed boxes and packs ship in their original factory shrink wrap. We never open, reseal, or reweigh sealed product.
Sealed boxes, packs, and bulk lots are wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap for full coverage.
We choose a box size that minimizes empty space so items do not move around.
Heavy or oversized items may get extra cardboard reinforcement inside the outer carton.
Large-volume orders automatically receive additional reinforcement to ensure safe delivery.
Boxes, packs, and PSA graded cards ship by FedEx, DHL or UPS with tracking. Dispatch after payment: boxes 2–3 business days, packs 5–7 and PSA 7–10 business days (they go through inspection first).
When you order a large quantity of cards, the exact materials or configuration may change to accommodate the shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

A real order laid out before packing: factory shrink-wrapped boxes in bubble wrap, PSA slabs in sleeves, dated the day it ships.

Sealed boxes stay in their shrink wrap; graded cards are checked and lined up before they go into the carton.

Special Requests

If you need extra-rigid protection, minimal packaging, or other instructions, add them to the order notes at checkout or use the contact form before ordering. We honor reasonable requests whenever the materials are available.
