What are your business hours?
Our team works Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9). We are closed on weekends and Japanese public holidays.
You can place orders and pay at any time, but orders and payments received after 17:00 JST are processed on the next business day. For example, a payment confirmed at 20:00 JST on Friday is treated as received on Monday, and dispatch times are counted from there.
Messages sent outside business hours are answered on the next business day.
Are your prices valid for a long time?
Do you sell single cards?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Card and PayPal are charged at checkout with no processing fee. Wise payment details are included in your order email.
Is my payment secure?
When do you reserve my stock?
Can I cancel my order?
Before payment β yes. Your order is not confirmed until we receive payment, so if you change your mind, simply do not pay. Wise orders have a 24-hour payment deadline and are cancelled automatically once it has passed, so please do not send a payment after the deadline.
After payment β no. Once your payment is received, your stock is reserved and inspection and packing begin right away, so paid orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check your items, quantities, and shipping address before you pay.
How long does it take before my order ships?
Dispatch time depends on what you order. All timeframes below are business days counted from payment confirmation β weekends and Japanese public holidays are not included:
- Sealed packs β 5 to 7 business days. Each pack goes through our inspection process before it leaves our warehouse.
- PSA graded cards β 7 to 10 business days. These go through our inspection and authentication process before they leave our warehouse.
- No Shrink boxes β 5 to 7 business days. Each box is authenticated before it ships (learn more).
- Union Arena boxes (Tape Cut) β 5 to 7 business days. Each box is opened for authentication before it ships (learn more).
- Sealed boxes β 2 to 3 business days.
- Single cards and all other items β up to 5 business days.
Please note that parcels are dispatched on weekdays only. We would rather take a few extra days than ship stock we have not fully checked. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
After dispatch, add the transit time for your parcel:
- FedEx, DHL or UPS β 2 to 3 business days. Used for everything except single cards. For single-card orders, choose "FedEx, DHL or UPS" as the delivery option at checkout to pay the carrier rate instead.
- Japan Post β 5 to 10 business days. Used for single cards by default.
Counting from payment, that means a sealed box typically arrives in 4 to 6 business days, a sealed pack order in 7 to 10, a No Shrink or Tape Cut box in 7 to 10, single cards in 10 to 15, and PSA graded cards in 9 to 13. Customs clearance in your country can add a few more days.
How do pre-orders work?
Items marked PRE-ORDER have not been released in Japan yet. The ship date is shown on the product page, in search results and in your cart, and we ship your parcel on that date β the dispatch times above do not apply to pre-orders. When a release falls on a weekend or a Japanese public holiday, we ship on the next business day, which is the date we show you.
If your order mixes a pre-order with in-stock items, everything is packed into one parcel and ships together once the pre-order is released. Payment is taken when you place the order, which is what reserves your copies.
I paid after 17:00 JST. When does my dispatch time start?
Orders and payments received after 17:00 JST, or on weekends and Japanese public holidays, count as received on the next business day, and the dispatch times above are counted from that day.
For example, a payment confirmed on Saturday counts as received on Monday, so a sealed box (2 to 3 business days) would leave our warehouse by Wednesday or Thursday.
How do you ship?
We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Japan Post, all with tracking. We have large-volume contracts with the carriers, allowing us to offer low shipping costs. Single-card orders ship at a flat rate; all other orders are charged the actual carrier rate.
How much does shipping cost?
Single-card orders ship by Japan Post at a flat rate; sealed boxes, packs and PSA graded cards are charged the actual FedEx, DHL or UPS rate for your country and weight. You can see an estimate before you order:
Check shipping rates and delivery times for your country →The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Everything in one order ships together in one parcel, and shipping is charged once by total weight, so adding items to the same order costs far less than a second order.

Where can I see how you pack items?
Which Incoterm do you use?
Incoterms are the standard trade terms that set who pays for carriage and who pays import duty and VAT.
We ship DAP (Delivered at Place) to every destination except the United States. Your order total covers the goods, export clearance in Japan and international carriage. Import duty and VAT are assessed by your own customs authority on arrival and are paid by you.
Orders to the United States ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duty is calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing further is charged on delivery.
Who is responsible for customs and import duties?
Outside the United States, the recipient pays any import duty, VAT and the carrier's customs handling fee when the parcel arrives. The carrier contacts you before delivery and releases the parcel once the charges are settled.
Rates and duty-free thresholds are set by your country, not by us, so please contact your local customs office if you need exact figures. We show the treatment we expect for your destination at checkout, before you pay.
What customs documentation comes with my shipment?
We declare every shipment to customs through our carrier, with the description of goods, HS code, quantity, value, currency and country of origin (Japan). On DHL shipments the declaration is transmitted electronically.
A commercial invoice is not enclosed with every parcel. If you need one for your own accounts or for your import declaration, request it and we will send it to you.
Do you handle export customs clearance in Japan?
What HS code do you declare?
I buy for resale. Can you put my company name, VAT number and EORI number on the documents?
Yes. Register them once and we apply them to the customs declaration and the waybill on every order you place, without you having to repeat them:
Register your company and tax details
Importing under your own EORI and VAT number is what lets a registered business reclaim the import VAT it pays on arrival, so it is worth registering before your first order.
Are the packs searched?
Our in-house inspection verifies authenticity only. Every sealed pack we sell is checked before it ships to confirm it is a genuine product, and anything that does not pass is pulled from stock.
Because our packs come from several suppliers, we cannot guarantee that a pack was not searched or weighed before it reached us. What we guarantee is that every pack you receive is authentic.
What does "No Shrink" mean on a booster box?
A "No Shrink" box is a complete booster box that ships without the factory shrink wrap. Every no-shrink box is authenticated before it ships: the shrink wrap is removed and both side flaps of the box are opened so the contents can be verified. The booster packs inside stay factory sealed and are never opened.
This check verifies authenticity only, the same as our pack inspection. It is also why no-shrink boxes take 5 to 7 business days to dispatch, a little longer than sealed boxes. If you need the box with the original shrink wrap intact, please choose the regular Box listing instead.
What does "Tape Cut" mean on a Union Arena box?
Union Arena booster boxes are factory-sealed with tape rather than shrink wrap. A "Tape Cut" box is a complete booster box that has been opened for authentication: the tape seal is cut and the box is opened so the contents can be verified. The booster packs inside stay factory sealed and are never opened.
This check verifies authenticity only, the same as our pack inspection. It is why Tape Cut boxes are priced below a box with the tape seal intact, and why they take 5 to 7 business days to dispatch. Every Union Arena box in our shop is sold this way.
Are PSA graded cards checked before shipping?
Yes. Every PSA graded card is inspected before it ships. We check the slab for cracks or damage and confirm the label and PSA certification number, so what you receive is exactly what you ordered.
This is part of why PSA graded cards take 7 to 10 business days to dispatch, a little longer than raw single cards.
Are your items guaranteed to be authentic?
What happens after I pay?
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. Sign in and open My Orders — each order has an Invoice (PDF) link you can download at any time. If an older order shows Request invoice instead, click it and the PDF will be ready within a minute.
This is your purchase invoice. For the commercial invoice used in customs clearance, see Customs & Duties above.
